How do I order? 

1. Click on the item(s) you want to purchase and add it to your cart.

2. You may leave special instructions i.e. allergens, multiple deliveries, etc.

3. Check which delivery date you'd like to have (we are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays).

4. Click check out and fill out all necessary details!


Can I personalize my order?

Yes, you may! Just click on which charcuterie box you'd like to purchase and leave us a message before you hit the "check out" button. 


Do you accept bulk orders? (20 and above)

Yes, we do! Just go to our "Contact Us" page and leave your request using the format. We'll get back to you through email within 24 hours. 


How do I pay?

You can select a payment method once you checkout and the payment instructions will appear during the order summary. Additionally, we will send an email confirmation that will include the instructions once again.


Do you issue Official Receipts?

Yes, we do! You just need to provide us the details of the O.R. such as Address, TIN, and "Sold to". If you would like for us to deliver it, do let us know when and where should we deliver it to.

Where are you located? 

We're located at Baranggay Merville, Paranaque.


Can we pick-up our order(s)?

Yes, you can! Just select the "pick-up" option at your cart before proceeding to check out. Please ensure to book a courier with an insulated bag and the recipient name should be the same booking name to avoid confusion during pick-up. 


What is your standard delivery and pick-up time?

Our standard delivery and pick-up times are between 10AM-11AM and 2PM-3PM


What is the shelf life of your products?

Our charcuterie boxes are highly perishable. Please ensure proper storage is done for food safety by refrigerating it once received and consuming it within 12 hours. For left overs, keep it in an air-tight container. Once there is an unpleasant smell, please dispose immediately. 

For our caviar pies, they can last up to 3-5 days in your chiller. Please serve ice cold and use a plastic/Mother-of-Pearl spoon when serving to experience its full flavors! 


Do you accept refunds? 

We do not accept refunds once payment is made. 

For bulk orders, 50% down payment is required at least 7 calendar days before the event. The remaining balance is required at least 3 calendar days before the event. The down payment is non-refundable in case of cancellation or postponement.

Should the cancellation be made less than 3 calendar days prior to the agreed order date, the full 100% of the contracted total rate will be charged and must be settled within 3 calendar days

For unforeseen circumstances i.e., Severe Natural Calamities, we can move the order date subject to our availability.
